This  is NOT the usual ETS Meeting E-Mail.
We are going to have a sort of Holiday  Gathering at our combined
Nov/Dec meeting on Dec 3.
We plan on an early  start – about 7:00 PM or so and are going to have
a PIZZA party instead of  our usual Holiday Gala.
Asking you to PLEASE TELL WALTER W2WIQ if you plan to  attend.
We NEED to know so we know how much pizza to get.

Minutes from the October  meeting:
The meeting was called to Order at the Clark Municipal Building by  
President 
Joe at  8:20 PM, starting with the Pledge of Allegiance and  roll call. 
Jeff N2VHV, did not read the minutes of the last meeting. Walter,  W2WIQ 
moved to 
accept, seconded by Mike N2JUN.
Treasurer’s Report -  Victor, KC2NBC stated that the current balance was 
$x,xxx.xx.
Accepted by  Drew W2OUI and seconded by John N2LGS.
Correspondence - No correspondence was  reported. 
Technical Report – Rich, KB2LLM reported that the Asterisk system  
control.was working with some minor problems that he feels will be corrected by  Jan 
2011.He also mentioned that all is going well at the new site. 
Old  Business – We decided that since the annual Holiday Party was not 
being run this  year that we would have pizza as a sort of holiday event at our 
next meeting Dec  3, We will start at 7:00 PM and those who plan to attend 
should notify Walter  W2WIQ. We also agreed that the annual fruit basket for 
Kathy would be in order –  to be handled by Rich KB2LLM.
New Business – Joe told us that there was a new  director at Somerset so we 
will have to establish a working relationship with  him.  Jeff N2VHV also 
announced that he will not run to fill the club  secretary position in our 
next club officer election and that people should  start thinking about it.
50/50 – John K2DPM won $28.00 – he donated it back  to the club
A  motion to adjourn was made by Walter, W2WIQ and was  seconded by Tim, 
AB2ZK.
Meeting closed at 9:15 PM.
