[ETS/PARC List] Correction to minutes

The minutes have been corrected by adding the following item:
 
There was motion to suspend any discussion of Parties and Picnics until  
such time as the club knows where it stands financially after the completion 
of  the repeater work. The motion passed 16 to 1
 
 
CORRECTED Minutes from the February meeting: 
The  February meeting postponed by snow was called to Order at the  
Clark  Municipal  Building by President Dave W2OIL at  8:02 PM,  
starting with the Pledge of Allegiance and roll  call. 
Minutes of last meeting – Were read by Jeff N2VHV, Walter  W2WIQ  
moved to accept, seconded by Tim  AB2ZK... 
Treasurer’s  report was given by Victor KC2NBC Current balance is $xx.xx.  
Motion to accept by Frank KG2CJ, seconded by Don K2DSV.. 
Correspodence:  Mention was made of the ZERO dollar phone bills.. 
Technical Report – Rich KB2LLM reported on the new main  repeater site. The 
antennas are up and mounted on the tower. Work continues.  Some minor 
problems have surfaced with the coordination paperwork which is being  addressed. 
Joe  W2OZO moved to authorize Rich KB2LLM to allow the RVRC members 
Autopatch  privileges on our repeater, seconded by Jerry KG2KC – Passed. Details to 
follow  at a later date. 
Old  Business:.- See Technical report 
New  Business – Hank N2MU brought up issues regarding communications and 
protocols  which became a general discussion topic. 
A  Nomination committee for the new slate of ETS officers was established. 
With  Drew W2OU, Dennis W2IU, and Joe W2OZO. 
There  was motion made by Joe W2OZO, seconded by Drew W2OU to suspend any 
discussion of  Parties and Picnics until such time as the club knows where it 
stands  financially after the completion of the repeater work. This passed 
16 to  1. 
Health and Welfare . 
The  50/50 was not run 
Motion to adjourn was made by Joe W2OZO, seconded by  Walter W2WIQ. 
Meeting closed at 9:53  PM. 
There are 17 names on the sign-in sheet with 14  members.
