Usual announcement on the  repeater.

This meeting is the first meeting for 2010.
No  surprises here – the new repeater site has been found and will be  
discussed.
Setting up at the new site is going to cost us money so your  attendance is 
really
Important. Since we are also going to run into expenses  regarding the new 
site,
Paying your dues for 2010 would be greatly  appreciated.

meeting

8/27, 9/24, 10/29, and 12/3 ?

Minutes from December  meeting:
Called to Order at the Clark Municipal Building by Secretary Jeff  N2VVHV 
at 8:09 PM.
Starting with the Pledge of Allegiance and roll  call.
Minutes of last meeting – Walter W2WIQ moved to accept, seconded by  Dennis 
W2IU...
Treasurer’s report was given by Victor KC2NBC Current balance  is $x,xxx.96
Motion to accept by John N2LGS, seconded by Walter  W2WIQ..
Correspodence:  None.
Technical Report – Rich KB2LLM reported  on the new main repeater site. 
Wachung has tentative OK. We are working out the  details. Also working with 
the county requirements. RVRC has offered us the use  of their site for the 
220 machine.
We are sending a basket of fruit to Kathy  (Windy Hill).
Old Business:.- The annual holiday party went well. Jeff  reminded Victor 
about the check for RVRC.
New Business – None
Health and  Welfare – Joe W2OZO reported that Dave W2OIL is at home now and 
his heart is  impoving.
The 50/50 was not run
Motion to adjourn was made by Walter  W2WIQ, seconded by Ron N2KHN.
Meeting closed at 8:54 PM.
