Usual announcement on the  repeater.
Important. Since we are also going to run into expenses regarding  
the new site, Paying your dues for 2010 would be greatly  appreciated.
Meeting Dates for 2010 – 2/26, 3/26, 4/30, 5/28, 6/25,  7/30,
8/27, 9/24, 10/29, and 12/3 ?

Minutes from January  meeting:
Called to Order at the Clark Municipal Building by 
Tim AB2ZK at  8:00 PM.Starting with the Pledge of Allegiance 
and roll call.
Minutes of  last meeting – Walter W2WIQ moved to accept, 
seconded by Joe  W2OZO...
Treasurer’s report was given by Victor KC2NBC  Current 
balance is $x,xxx.xx. Victor mentioned  that the  Holiday 
party cost the club a net $847.66. Motion to accept  by 
Don K2DSV, seconded by Walter W2WIQ..
Correspodence:   Hamfest info.
Technical Report – Rich KB2LLM reported on the new  main 
repeater site. Joe W2OZO is coordinating and has gotten several  bids. 
One bid was for $3200.00 and another for  $2925.00 
coverage issues regarding the antenna’s position on the  tower 
regarding service for Somerset OEM were  discussed..  
Hank N2MU brought up issues regarding possible  rigging problems 
and diagrams showing the coverage patterns. .Many  participated in this 
discussion which got somewhat heated at  times. 
Walter W2WIQ is handling the MetroCor coordination.
Old  Business:.- See Technical report 
New Business – Jeff  N2VHV moved  that we proceed with the project 
with a limit of $3,300.00 and was  seconded by Rich KB2LLM.   Passed.       
         
Health  and Welfare – Dave W2OIL is at home now and is impoving. 
the 50/50 was  not run  
Motion to adjourn was made by Jerry KD2KC, seconded by  Joe W2OZO. 
Meeting closed at 9:45 PM.  
There are 19 names  on the sign-in sheet with 14 members.
