Broadcasting will be the guest speaker at the Tri-County Radio 
Association February 15th club meeting.  Meeting starts at 8PM at the

informative and entertaining presentation on APRS.  Talk-in will be 
provided on the W2LI 2M repeater 147.255 PL 141.3.
