Usual announcement on the  repeater.

This meeting is IMPORTANT..  Many of you know that  we are having a problem 
regarding the Greenbrook site for our main repeater.  Things are not going 
very well and we should all decide what we are going to do  – NOT JUST THE 
REGULAR 14-15 of us who usually attend.
PLEASE MAKE THE EFFORT  AND BE THERE!
It is also an opportunity to pay for the picnic if you have not  done so.

Minutes from Aug  meeting:
Called to Order at the Clark Municipal Building by President Dave  W2OIL at 
8:14 PM.
Starting with the Pledge of Allegiance and roll  call.
Minutes of last meeting were not read.  Walter W2WIQ moved to  accept, 
seconded by  
Don  K2DSV..
Treasurer’s report was given  by Victor KC2NBC Current balance $x,xxx.xx.
Motion to accept by Walter W2WIQ,  seconded by John N2LGS.
Correspodence:  None – But Drew W2OU mentioned  the website contribution of 
$25.00 and moved that we send them a check, seconded  by John N2LGS
Technical Report – Rich KB2LLM reported that basically all is  well but 
that the B/U in Elizabeth is down. The site problem is still in a  dynamic 
state with Kathy looking at sub-dividing.  We then went into a  general 
discussion of the situation.
Old Business:.- Walter W2WIQ told us  that the picnic is moving along. We 
do need a new coffee pot so Victor KC2NBC  will buy one.. 
New Business – None
Health and Welfare – Al  W2DTP  had taken a fall and his arm is in a cast = 
Dave W2OIL is sending a get well  card.
The 50/50 of $14.00 was won by Peter KC2KMI who donated it back to the  club
Motion to adjourn was made by Walter W2WIQ, seconded by Ron  N2KHN
Meeting closed at 9:10 PM.
There are 14 names on the sign-in sheet  with 13 members.
