Usual announcement on the  repeater.

This meeting is IMPORTANT..  Many of you know that  we are having a problem 
regarding the Greenbrook site for our main repeater.  Things are not going 
very well and we should all decide what we are going to do  – NOT JUST THE 
REGULAR 14-15 of us who usually attend.
PLEASE MAKE THE EFFORT  AND BE THERE!

Minutes from September  meeting:
Called to Order at the Clark Municipal Building by President Dave  W2OIL at 
8:07 PM.
Starting with the Pledge of Allegiance and roll  call.
Minutes of last meeting were not read.  Bill W2WK moved to accept,  
seconded by  
Drew  W2OU..
Treasurer’s report was given by  Victor KC2NBC Current balance $x,xxx.82.
Motion to accept by Walter W2WIQ,  seconded by Joe W2OZO.
Correspodence:  Read letter from Kathy (Windy  Hill) regarding the removal 
of all of our equipment from her site.
Technical  Report – Rich KB2LLM reported he met with a man named Bruce – 
regarding property  that adjoins Windy Hill – we might be able to use their 
water tower. Our main 94  repeater will be off the air during the afternoon 
of 10/3/09. Our equipment will  repose in a storage room at the hospital in 
Elizabeth. Don K2DSV is cleaning out  the shell where our equipment is.
Old Business:.- Walter W2WIQ told us that  everything has been ordered for 
the annual picnic.
New Business – Jeff N2VHV  moved that our club send a check for $50.00 to 
RVRC as a thank you gesture for  their support assisting us by welcoming us 
to use their repeater. This was  seconded by Frank KG2CJ and amended by Tim 
AB2ZK to include a thank you note as  well. – so ordered.
Health and Welfare – Dave’s W2OIL son in law is quite  ill.
The 50/50 of $16.00 was won by Joe W2OZO who donated it back to the  club
Motion to adjourn was made by Joe W2OZO, seconded by Walter  W2WIQ.
Meeting closed at 9:21 PM.
There are 17 names on the sign-in sheet  with 17 members.
