*RVRC club member WB2UDC, Prof. Robert Hopkins, is a regular
contributing writer for CQ Amateur Radio Communication and Technology
magazine. This month he wrote an extremely interesting article on the
NPARC (New Providence Amateur Radio) Club's August 2008 event. The
article is on page 34 of the April 2009 issue.
Bob covered the Kids-to-Space contact with ARISS (Amateur Radio on the
International Space Station). Many have heard Bob's presentation when he
coordinated a contact with Space Shuttle Columbia for a group of
children in New York 10 years ago.
