[ETS/PARC List] RVRC IRLP Access codes

The access code for non-members of RVRC to use the IRLP (Internet Radio 
Linking Project) feature are available on the RVRC club page www.w2qw.org .
IRLP is installed on the 442.250 mhz repeater. Please use a PL of 141.3 
and an offset of +5 mhz.

Information about IRLP can be found at www.irlp.net  it is highly 
recommended that you visit this site for operating practices.
If assistance is needed please ask for a control operator.
