Minutes from June 26 meeting:
Called to Order at the Clark  Municipal Building by President Dave W2OIL 
at 8:14 PM. Starting with the  Pledge of Allegiance and roll call.
Minutes of last meeting were not read.  Dennis W2IU moved to accept, 
seconded by  
Martin   WN2SJL..
Treasurer’s report was given by Victor KC2NBC Current balance  $xxx.xx.
Motion to accept by George W2VFW, seconded by John  K2DPM.
Correspodence:  Dave W2OIL read the letter from Kathy advising us  that we 
had to have all of our equipment off of her site as of  9/30/2009. 
We had general discussion regarding this issue and established a moving 
committee to be headed by Rich KB2LLM.
Technical Report – Richard  KB2LLM told us that all is well but the 
equipment is 
getting old.. .
Old  Business:.-was not discussed.. 
New Business – Jeff N2VHV spoke regarding  “growing” the club to get us 
all 
thinking in the same direction..
Health and Welfare – nothing  mentioned..
The 50/50 of $10.00 was won by Martin WN2SJL who donated it back  to the 
club/ .
Motion to adjourn was made by George W2VFW, seconded by John  K2DPM .
Meeting closed at 9:05 PM.
There are 10 names on the sign-in sheet  with 10 members.
