Gentleman or Madam,

Our FCC Licensed and Frequency Coordinated VHF Repeater K2ETS on a Frequency of 146.94 mHz is being jammed by an individual by the name of Bruce Williams.

Mr. Bruce Williams Call Sign is N2YHI.  Mr. Williams has the reputation of being a problem with communications jamming in the New York and New Jersey area.

I am enclosing an Email sent to the frequency coordiating group METROCOR.  Please help us with this out of control individual.

Good Morning Mr. Alfieri,

I sent an Email Tuesday, Jan 13, 09, reference some repeater jamming of the K2ETS repeater on 146.34/146.94 by N2YHI  Mr. Bruce Williams.

On Sunday, Jan 11, 09, about every ten minutes N2YHI would come on and say this is N2YHI this is a closed repeater.  

I asked the station to please stop using the K2ETS repeater and saying this is N2YHI and repeating this is a closed repeater.

I could not find a phone number or Email address to contact Bruce Williams N2YHI

This seem to make the problem worse.  N2YHI would keep it up and on Tuesday afternoon I identified myself and announced that I am the License trustee and stop the jamming and if I had to I would physically shut him down.  I know this was a big mistake on my part. Tuesday night and last night every time any one that tried to use the K2ETS repeater N2YHI would key up our repeater and a recording would be played "This Is N2YHI  K2DSV DON WILSON GET A DILL AND GO FUCK YOURSELF IN FRONT OF YOUR WIFE".  I understand this person has a reputation for being a communications jammer and has been warned in the pass by the FCC to stop.

I just wanted to inform you of the situation.  

The Green Brook Repeater has been on 146.94/146.34 for over 30 years at this location and I am one of the charter members that started the club.

I hope you can help us in someway

I will to try and get a hold of someone at the FCC Enforcement Dept. this morning and also give them all of the details of the jamming problem.
