Usual announcement on the  repeater.

This meeting is the last meeting for 2009.
I think  that it would be a good idea to bring your checkbook.
The holiday party is  Dec 20 at Russo’s and club dues for 2010.

Meeting Dates for 2010 –  1/29, 2/26, 3/26, 4/30, 5/28, 6/25,  7/30,
8/27, 9/24, 10/29, and 12/3 ?

Minutes from October  meeting:
Called to Order at the Clark Municipal Building by President Dave  W2OIL 
at 8:16 PM. Starting with the Pledge of Allegiance and roll  call.
Minutes of last meeting – Walter W2WIQ moved to accept, seconded by Don  
K2DSV...
Treasurer’s report was given by Victor KC2NBC Current balance is  
$x,xxx.38. 
Victor told us that the net cost of the picnic was  $327.98. 
Motion to accept by Don K2DSV, seconded by Tim  AB2ZK..
Correspodence:  None.
Technical Report – Rich KB2LLM reported  that the backup repeater is not 
really right and that he is looking at the  duplexers. He also attended a RVRC 
meeting and felt that he was very well  accepted and was warmly received. 
We are also looking at putting the 220  repeater in Jersey City at Victor’s 
(KC2NDC) place of business. We are also  looking at several possible sites in 
Somerset for the main unit.
Old  Business:.- None – the main issue is the repeater site covered   
above..
New Business – Jeff N2VHV moved that our club send a check for $50.00  to 
RVRC each month to help them offset the cost of running their repeater and  
thanking them for allowing us to us it. After some discussion the motion was  
amended to $25.00 and was seconded by Don K2DSV.to become effective January 
 first 2010. - passed.  Our annual Holiday party was set up with a 
committee  made up of Walter W2WIQ, Victor KC2NBC, and Frank KG2CJ. The party will 
be at  Russo’s. 
Health and Welfare – Nothing reported.
The 50/50 of $15.50 was  won by Gardner W6AXM
Motion to adjourn was made by Ron N2KHN, seconded by  Walter W2WIQ.
Meeting closed at 9:15 PM.
There are 17 names on the sign-in  sheet with 14 members.
