The  Nov / Dec combined meeting - Dec 4      
Minutes from July meeting: 
Called to Order at the  Clark  Municipal  Building by President Dave W2OIL  
at  8:12 PM. Starting with the Pledge of  Allegiance and roll call. 
Minutes of last meeting were not read.  Walter W2WIQ moved to accept,  
seconded by  Ron  N2KHN.. 
Treasurer’s report was given by Victor KC2NBC Current balance  $X,XXX.XX. 
Motion to accept by Jeff N2VHV, seconded by Tim AB2ZK. 
Correspodence:  None  
Technical Report – Walter W2WIQ told us that all is well  but we do need a 
new battery on the backup repeater. . 
Old  Business:.-Dave W2OIL spoke about the repeater site issue and that we 
should  know more in coming weeks, Jeff mentioned that the club had been 
updated on the  ARRL site so as to have current active status. He also  thanked 
Drew W2OU for his help and  guidance.  Walter W2WIQ told us that  the 
picnic is moving along..  
New  Business – None 
Health and Welfare – Walter told us that John W2GDE is  now SK.. 
The  50/50 of $14.50 was won by Jeff N2VHV. . 
Motion to adjourn was made by Joe W2OZE seconded by  Walter W2WIQ . 
Meeting closed at 9:05  PM. 
There are 12 names on the sign-in sheet with 12  members.
