Usual announcement on the  repeater.
A check for Victor(KC2NBC)  would be a very good idea if you  
are not up-to-date with your Annual dues.

Minutes  from March 27 meeting:
Called to Order at the Clark Municipal Building by  President Dave W2OIL at 
8:08 PM.
Starting with the Pledge of Allegiance and  roll call.
Minutes of last meeting were not read. Walter W2WIQ moved to  accept,  
seconded by Tim AB2ZK..
Treasurer’s report by Treasurer Victor  KC2NBC -the balance at hand is 
$xx.xx. 
Accepted by Frank KG2CJ,  seconded by Tim AB2ZK. 
Correspodence:  no action needed.
Technical  Report – None.
Old Business:.- Nominating Committee proposed the  following:
President – John AB2VE,   Vice President – Tim  AB2ZK,  Director – Martin 
WN2SJL
Victor KC2NBC, and Jeff N2VHV to  continue as Treasurer and Sec.   .
There were no nominations from  the floor.
George W2VFW moved to close nominations and was seconded by Al  W2DTP.
New Business – New member Dennis W2IU was voted in..
The ETS Annual  Picnic is scheduled for 9/27/09. Al W2DTP has secured the 
permit which is being  held by Victor KC2NBS. – We need a picnic committee 
which will be chaired by  Walter W2WIQ, with Frank KG2CJ and Victor KC2NBC 
assisting.
Health and  Welfare – John Manna in testing for surgery.
The 50/50 of $16.00 was won by  Tim AB2ZK who donated it back to the club.
Motion to adjourn was made by  Walter W2WIQ, seconded by Ron N2KHN .
Meeting closed at 8:42 PM.
There are  16 names on the sign-in sheet with 15 members.
