Time    8:00 PM.
Usual announcement on the  repeater.
Please try to attend – this meeting will be important.
We have a  number of items to talk about:
* The estate equipment.
* The annual ETS  Holiday party
* Some additional equipment that has been  donated

Minutes from last meeting:
Called to Order at the Clark  Municipal Building 
by President Dave W2OIL at 8:14 PM.  Starting  
with the Pledge of Allegiance and roll call.
Minutes of last meeting were  not  read.  
Walter W2WIQ moved to accept,  seconded by Tim  AB2ZK.
Treasurer’s report by Treasurer Victor KC2NBC 
-the balance at hand  is $xx.xx.
Accepted by Tim AB2ZK, seconded by Ron N2KHN.  
Correspodence:  no action needed.
Technical Report – Rich KB2LLM  told us that all is well 
on all of our repeater units. 
Old Business:.  Walter passed a list around showing status of the 
IN-PROGRESS work regarding  the K2EWA estate, they also brought 
the remaining items for sale. We also  discussed the estate appraisal. 
We then discussed the upcoming annual picnic  and rig availability. 
New Business – No new business
Health and Welfare –  Nothing to report.
General Discussion:  none
The 50/50  was won  by Walter, the amount was $11.00. 
Motion to adjourn was made by Don K2DSV  
and seconded by Ron N2KHN.
Meeting closed at 9:24 PM.
There are 14  names on the sign-in sheet with 14 members.
