Meeting Friday    Oct 31, 2008

Time    8:00 PM.
Usual announcement on the  repeater.
Please try to attend – this meeting will be important.
We have a  number of items to talk about:
• The estate equipment.
• The  annual ETS Holiday party
We KNOW that it is Trick or Treat night, so be  CAREFULL

Minutes from last meeting:
Called to Order at the Clark Municipal  Building by President Dave W2OIL at 
8:00 PM.
Starting with the Pledge of Allegiance and roll call.
Minutes of last  meeting were not  read.  John AB2VE moved to accept, 
seconded by  Walter W2WIQ
Treasurer’s report by Treasurer Victor KC2NBC -the balance at  hand is $xx.xx.
Accepted by  John AB2VE, seconded by Walter W2WIQ.  
Correspodence:  no action needed.
Technical Report – Rich KB2LLM  told us that all is well on all of our 
repeater units. 
Rich asked for  authorization to build a control device to control two 
repeaters via a single  phone line.
Jeff  N2VHV moved to grant this authorization seconded by  Frank KG2CJ  
Old Business:.  We discussed the annual picnic. There  were 41 members plus 2 
guests.
The picnic was a net cost to the club of $350.00. 
We also spoke  of  the Wagman estate and how we will receipt it. 
New Business – Jeff  N2VHV told of Martin’s WN2SJL donation of a Kenwood  
rig plus a Radio Shack  power supply to the club.  We then discussed how the 
equipment would be  used by the club.
Hank N2MU moved that the club keep the equipment for club  use and was 
seconded by Don K2DSV. 
We also discussed the move of the Wednesday night net from 8:30 to 8:00. To  
make it official 
Frank KG2CJ moved for it to be the new net time and was seconded by Don  
K2DSV. 
Dave W2OIL spoke of the annual holiday party with Don’s K2DSV wife doing  
most of the work. 
Health and Welfare – Nothing to report.
General  Discussion:  none
The 50/50  was won by Martin WN2SJL the amount  was $16.00. 
Motion to adjourn was made by Walter W2WIQ, seconded byDon  K2DSV.
Meeting closed at 9:22 PM.
There are 14 names on the sign-in sheet  with 14 members.
