Meeting this Friday –March 28, 2008
Place - Clark Municipal Building  
430  Westfield  Ave
Clark  NJ 07066 
Time - 8:00 PM 
Usual announcement on the  repeater.

Minutes from last meeting:
Called to Order at the  Clark Municipal Building by President Dave W2OIL at 
8:04 PM.
Starting with  the Pledge of Allegiance and roll call.
Minutes of last meeting were not  read,  John AB2VE moved to accept, 
seconded by Drew W2OU.  
Treasurer’s report by Treas Victor KC2NBC -the balance at hand is  $xx.xx.   
Accepted by Walter  W2WIQ,  seconded by Jeff  N2VHV, 
Correspodence:  Jeff  read – no action needed.
Technical  Report – Rich KB2LLM told us that all is well on all of our 
repeater units. We  are hearing some static but the static is not just on our units. 
Jeff N2VHV is  now a control operator.
Old Business: Dave W2OIL asked Drew  W2OU about  HMV
 – they will discuss Sunday afternoon.
New Business – Walter W2WIQ  is heading the officer nominating committee
with Tim AB2VE and KC2PLK. Two directors are ending their terms.
Drew  W2OU is working on a “Silent Key” list.
Walter mentioned how out-of-date the  new member package has become,
We set up an informal group including Drew, Don, Walter, and Jeff to work  on 
updating it.
Health and Welfare – Dave mentioned about Victor’s father  having passed. 
Rich told us about Sherman’s condition which is failing.
General  Discussion:  Don K2DSV brought up the K2ETS log andd how it should 
be  maintained.
Tim KC2PLK told us about the new New Jersey cell phone laws
 and distributed a highlighted handout showing the ham radio  exception.
The 50/50 was not run but we did collect $13.00 for the  club.
Motion to adjourn was made by Don K2DSV and seconded by Walter  W2WIQ.
Meeting closed at 9:10 PM.
There are 14 names on the sign-in sheet  with 13 members.
