[ETS/PARC List] NJ Statute Concerning The Use of Electronic Devices While Driving Will Be In Effect Starting Saturday March 1 2008

Folks, 
There has been a lot of email activity regarding this new law.  I just 
want to make sure that we all get the correct information:
 
 The NJ Statute, that has an important exception for Amateur Radio, that 
was enacted by the NJ State Legislature and Governor last year will go 
into effect this Saturday, March 1 2008.
