Time     8:00 PM.
Usual announcement on the  repeater.

This meeting is VERY IMPORTANT. 
An issue has come up  that we really need to have ALL members involved with.
Dont worry, nobody is  going to ask you for money, and you will probably find 
the
Issue of Concern a  pleasant topic.

Minutes from last meeting:
Called to  Order at the Clark Municipal Building by President Dave W2OIL at 
8:10 PM.  Starting with the Pledge of Allegiance and roll call.
Minutes of last meeting  were not  read.  John N2LGS moved to accept,  
seconded by Don  K2DSV.
Treasurer’s report by Treasurer Victor KC2NBC -the balance at hand is  $xx.xx.
Accepted by Drew W2OU, seconded by Walter W2WIQ.  
Correspodence:  no action needed.
Technical Report – Rich KB2LLM  told us that all is well on all of our 
repeater units. Jeff  spoke about  the NJ5R repeater on 444.700 for emergency use.
Old Business: Walter  mentioned that the price of the food for the annual 
picnic would go up about  $75.00,   All is well with the picnic which is 
considered an “in  progress” item.
New Business – Don K2DSV is going to set up a meeting with  Rich KB2LLM 
regarding the N2DLX repeater.  Drew W2OU moved to donate $25.00  re K2EWA seconded 
by Jeff N2VHV. Drew also moved to make the annual $25.00  donation to ETS.NET, 
seconded by Walter W2WIQ.
Don K2DSV asked that outgoing  K2ETS QSL cards be brought to the monthly 
meetings.
Health and Welfare – No  issues.
General Discussion:  
The 50/50 of $15.00 was won by  Jeff  N2VHV who donated it to the club. 
Motion to adjourn was made by  Walter W2WIQ and seconded by John N2LGS.
Meeting closed at 9:11 PM.
There  are 17 names on the sign-in sheet with 16 members.
