Meeting this Friday – Jan 25, 2008

Clark  NJ 07066 
Time - 8:00 PM 
Usual announcement on the repeater.
 
If you have not paid your dues yet, you can save the 
postage and bring  a check for $20.00 made out to 
ETS of NJ.

Minutes from last meeting:
 
Called to Order at the Clark Municipal Building by President Dave W2OIL at  
8:05 PM.
Minutes of the last meeting presented by Secy Jeff N2VHV,
 W2WIQ moved to accept, seconded by W2OU. 
Treasurer’s report by Treas Victor KC2NBC.  the balance at hand is  $xxx.xx.
 Accepted by W2WIQ seconded by KC2PLK.
Correspodence:  No Correspondence.
Technical Report – Walter W2WIQ told us that all the equipment had been  
moved 
and was working. Don K2DSV spoke about problems regarding our main site and 
Kathy’s problems with the financial management of the site and that we were  
in 
danger of losing the site in June of 2008.
Old Business: Dave W2OIL has spoken to Mike of RVRC – The HMV equipment 
auction ends tonight.  The annual holiday dinner for 12/16/07 is going  well.
New Business – No new business. 
Health and Welfare – Jimmie N2LFI is sttll in rehab, Sid WA2EEA has passed  
away.
The 50/50 of $16.00 was won by Dave W2OIL who donated it back to the  club.
Motion to adjourn was made by W2WIQ  seconded by K2DSV.
Meeting closed at 8:50 PM.
There are 16 names on the sign-in sheet with 16 members.
