Good day to all.  Once again I have the sad  task of conveying bad news.
Jim Ognibene (WA2IVW) passed away this  morning.
Jim was one of us, a club member,  and truly a NICE  person.
He had a struggle and was getting all sorts of treatments to sustain  him 
until the end of this month when he was due for a bone marrow  transplant.  
Sadly, complications developed that the various medications  were unable to control 
and so he passed.
I do not know the details yet  regarding viewing etc. but will pass them on 
as I get them.
I have heard  though that there will be a service this Saturday in Wayne and 
that he will be  cremated.
Please keep Jim and his family in your thoughts and  prayers.
