On Health and Welfare:

W2WK spoke about Keith Sproul, WU2Z who was involved in a Ballooning 
accident in Albuquerque New Mexico. Keith  often Provided assistance to 
the PARC Field Day event.
Keith was the originator of software programs for APRS for the PC and 
Mac. He suffered burns, broken ribs and other bone breakages in his fall.

Usual announcement on the  repeater.
This is our combined November/December meeting 
and is the last  meeting of the year.
If you are going to attend our annual holiday party  at
Russo’s Restaurant in Bound Brook and have not given
A check to  Victor(KC2NBC) yet, this would be a very
good time to do it. Annual dues  would not be a bad idea
either.

Minutes from last meeting  of Oct 31:
Called to Order at the Clark Municipal Building by 
President  Dave W2OIL at 8:00 PM.
Starting with the Pledge of Allegiance and roll  call.
Minutes of last meeting were not read.  Walter W2WIQ 
moved to  accept, seconded by John N2LGS.
Treasurer’s report by Treasurer Victor  KC2NBC 
The balance at hand is $XX.XX. Victor mentioned  that 
the picnic’s actual cost to the club was  $349.00. 
Accepted by John N2LGS, seconded by Walter W2WIQ.  
Correspodence:  no action needed.
Technical Report – Rich KB2LLM  told us that all is well 
on all of our repeater units. Rich is working on  the control 
device to control two repeaters via a single phone line.
Old  Business:.  Dave W2OIL reported on the Holiday party 
for Dec 7. We also  spoke of  the Wagman estate and how we 
will receipt it, as well as  receipting the equipment donated 
by Martin WN2SJL. 
New Business – Jeff  N2VHV told of K2ITT being scheduled 
for the Jan 30 meeting for his program  on Listening to the stars.
Health and Welfare – Bill W2WK spoke of Keith  Sprol 
breaking some bones.
General Discussion:  none
The  50/50  was won by John N2LGS the amount was $20.00. 
Motion to adjourn  was made by Walter W2WIQ, 
seconded by Janet K2MOM.
Meeting closed at 8:52  PM.
There are 20 names on the sign-in sheet with 20 members.
