Time    8:00 PM.
Usual announcement on the  repeater.

I am sending this out earlier than usual because I am  going on a cruise 
(leaving Saturday)
but will be back in time for the meeting.
This is the last meeting  before the ANNUAL ETS PICNIC.(9/14/08)
Our treasurer Victor has a perfect  attendance record at our meetings so if 
you have not paid for your participation  at the picnic please bring your 
checkbook.

Minutes from last  meeting:
Called to Order at the Clark Municipal Building by Vice President  John AB2VE 
at 8:00 PM. Starting with the Pledge of Allegiance and roll  call.
Minutes of last meeting were not read.  Walter W2WIQ moved to  accept, 
seconded by Drew W2OU.
Treasurer’s report by Treasurer Victor KC2NBC  -the balance at hand is 
$xxx.xx.
Accepted by Walter W2WIQ, seconded by Tim  AB2ZK. 
Correspodence:  no action needed.
Technical Report – Rich  KB2LLM told us that all is well on all of our 
repeaters. 
We do need an  insurance certificate for Cathy at the main site.
Old Business: We found that  some of the old repeater cavities are OK.
We determined that we should send  out the picnic flyers.
Don and Walter passed a list around showing status of  the IN-PROGRESS work 
regarding the K2EWA estate.
New Business – Don K2DSV  spoke about lightening protection and gave “how to”
 examples.
Don also moved  to suspend the Wednesday night net for the summer months of 
July and August  replacing it with a general “rag-chew”, this was seconded by 
Walter W2WIQ and  was passed by a unanimous vote.
Health and Welfare – Nothing to  report.
General Discussion:  none
The 50/50 was not run. 
Motion  to adjourn was made by Walter W2WIQ and seconded by George W2VFW.
Meeting  closed at 8:50 PM.
There are 14 names on the sign-in sheet with 14  members.
