Meeting this Friday –April 25, 2008
Place -  Clark Municipal Building  
430  Westfield  Ave
Clark  NJ 07066 
Time - 8:00 PM 
Usual announcement on the repeater.
This  meeting is the annual election for officers.

Minutes from last  meeting:
Called to Order at the Clark Municipal Building by President Dave  W2OIL at 
8:00 PM.
Starting with the Pledge of Allegiance and roll  call.
Minutes of last meeting were read by Secy Jeff  N2VHV,   Walter W2WIQ moved 
to accept after correcting the error regarding the name  associated with AB2VE 
on the monutes from Tim to John,  seconded by John  AB2VE.
Treasurer’s report by Treasurer Victor KC2NBC -the balance at hand is  
$4088.16.
Victor mentioned that we now stand at 76 club members with 2/3 up  to date 
with dues.   
Accepted by Don W2DSV seconded by  Walter  W2WIQ, 
Correspodence:  no action needed.
Technical  Report – Rich KB2LLM told us that all is well on all of our 
repeater units.  
He also detailed the FCC rules where we are in fact required to maintain  
phone lines for control.
Old Business: Dave W2OIL is still looking at the HMV  situation.
Walter reported that the nominating committee is recommending John  K2DPM, 
and Walter W2WIQ as candidates for the director positions.  With  Dave W2OIL as 
President,  John AB2VE as Vice President, Victor KC2NBC as  Treasurer, and 
Jeff N2VHV as Secretary,
Drew W2OU nominated Frank KG2CJ for a  director position.
We will vote at the next meeting.
Jeff N2VHV thanked  Drew W2OU for his significant effort and accomplishment 
on the New Member  Package update project which is an “in progress” work at 
this time.
New  Business – No new business.
Health and Welfare – Dave mentioned that an  honorary member, Sherman had 
passed.
General Discussion:  Rich KB2LLM is  trying to arrange for a Planetarium 
presentation at our next meeting.
The  50/50 of $18.00 was won by Frank KG2CJ. 
Motion to adjourn was made by Peter  KC2KMI and seconded by Walter W2WIQ.
Meeting closed at 8:49 PM.
There are  19 names on the sign-in sheet with 17 members.
