[ETS/PARC List] [Fwd: Special event communications needed for Saturday morning]

Hi People,
 
I know this is really short notice and due to not getting the email that 
the contact person sent me I was finally able to see her today. We need 
at least 10 people if possible to work checkpoints and at the first aid 
rig to pass traffic if we have any runners down at a 5K fundraiser run 
in Bridgewater sponsored by Johnson&Johnson and other pharmaceutical 
companies. This is just a morning event and if you can help out please 
email me immediately so I can get a head count to give the chairpeople. 
I will provide the time and location of event and other details when I 
know who will be participating.

Please arrive at 9:00 am and no later than 9:30 am for assignments and 
be into place for 10:00 start off.  The Starting and finishing points are:
Bridgewater-Raritan High School
600 Garretson Road
Bridgewater, NJ 08807
 
the course runs:
Garretson Road to Country Club Road to Stony Brook Drive to Vicki Drive 
back to Garretson Road. 3.1 miles. The event is rain or shine.
