Place –  The NEW place – Clark Municipal Building 
Time 8:00 PM

Clark Municipal Building - 430 Westfield Ave Clark  NJ     07066
Talk in on our dynamic 94 repeater.   Also on simplex in 146.520
Lets make this easy and assume that you are coming  out of Votech.

A Turn RIGHT and go to the FIRST traffic light  which  is LAKE AVE.
(landmark is the new hospice on your right)   
TURN RIGHT onto LAKE AVE.
B   Go to the FOURTH traffic light  which is RARITAN ROAD
(landmark is Rotundo’s liquor store)  
TURN  LEFT onto RARITAN ROAD
C Go to the SECOND traffic light which is WESTFIELD  AVE.
(landmark is Sovereign Bank across Westfield Ave) 
TURN RIGHT onto  WESTFIELD AVE
D  Proceed past the tennis courts on your left – you will  see the building
On your left which has a nice circular driveway.   
Park your car and go to ROOM 17.

Minutes from last  meeting::
Meeting at Votech was held outdoors using picnic tables 
because  we could not get into the building. 
Called to order by Pres Dave W2OIL at  8:25 PM.
We started with the Pledge of Allegiance, followed by roll  call.
The minutes of the last meeting were presented by Jeff  N2VHV,
John AB2VE moved for acceptance seconded by John  N2LGS..
Treasurer’s report was not given as “Uncle Al” W2KOG earned his SK  award.
Correspondence: - Jeff N2VHV read the note from W2KOG’s family  thanking all 
in
the club for the love and support they felt. Jeff also  mentioned Jimmy’s 
N2LFI note
requesting ARRL/QST renewal through the  club.
Old Business – Jeff gave out a three page handout of map  information
showing the new meeting site. 
New Business:- After some  debate, Jeff N2VHV agreed to fill the treasurer 
position on an interim basis  assisted by Rich KB2LLM.
This was so moved by Tim K2PLK and seconded by Bill  W2WK.
Technical report: Rich KB2LLM mentioned that all is OK 
and that  they are moving units.
General Discussion saw us all taking turns telling  little anecdotes about 
Uncle Al.
It really was a sort of memorial service and  was quite fitting.
The 50/50  was not run.
Motion to adjourn was made  by John N2LGS 
and seconded by Drew W2OU.
The meeting was closed at  9:00  
There are 15 names on the sign-in sheet.
