Meeting this Friday – July 27, 2007 
Place –  The NEW place – Clark Municipal Building 
Time 8:00 PM 
Usual announcement  on the repeater.
Looking forward to a good turnout.

Most of the  regulars have been to the NEW site at:

Minutes from June  meeting:
Our first meeting at the Clark Municipal Building was called to  order by 
Pres Dave W2OIL at 8:15 PM. We started with the Pledge of Allegiance,  followed 
by roll call.
Richard W2YQ addressed us in his capacity as a  member of the Clark Office of 
Emergency Management and welcomed us to the new  facilities. He mentioned a 
few common sense guidelines and his chat was well  received.
The minutes of the last meeting were presented by Jeff N2VHV,  Walter W2WIQ  
moved for acceptance seconded by Don  K2DSV
Treasurer’s report was not given but will be at the next meeting.  Walter 
W2WIQ moved
That this was acceptable and was seconded by Tim  KC2PLK.
Walter then nominated Victor KC2NBC to fill the treasurer position,  seconded 
by
George W2VFW. Victor indicated that he would accept the spot and  was elected.
Correspondence: no correspondence was  reported.
Technical Report – given by Walter W2WIQ and Rich KB2LLM  indicates that all 
is well
And that they are adding a ground  bar.
Old Business – The annual ETS picnic was brought up and Walter  mentioned 
that he would 
talk to Al W2DPT about securing a  permit.
New Business:- Rev. Roy Jones KC2RQC applied for membership. He  had all 
needed
documentation which was verified by the membership  committee, Jeff moved 
that he be
admitted as a member and was seconded  by Hank N2MU – he is now a member.
General Discussion We talked about  the club web site and that it has not 
been kept up to date.
The 50/50  of $15.00 was won by Rev Roy KC2RQC.
Motion to adjourn was made by  Walter W2WIQ and seconded by Rich KB2LLM.
The meeting was closed at  9:19  
There are 17 names on the sign-in sheet.with 16  calls
