Hello to all - I got the following E-Mail from a  ham who needs some advice 
regarding towers. I anyone can help him out a bit I  think that it would be a 
good thing

Dear Jeff,
Greetings again!  We  spoke a few times on the local 34/94 repeater and on 
simplex a few weeks  ago.  The name here is Mark, WA2DUX.  I used to work with 
Al,  W2KOG.
I was wondering if you could possibly help me.  I have the  possibility of 
picking up a tower from an estate sale.  It is located in  Edison.  I really don’
t know much about towers but it appears to be a tilt  over.  I was wondering 
if you knew anybody who was versed in towers and if  they could walk me 
through on how to “tilt over” this tilt over tower.  I’m  at a bit of a loss.  Do 
you have any ideas?  Do you know anybody who  could help? Looking forward to 
hearing from you shortly.
