Meeting this Friday – May 27, 2007 
Place –  The usual place - Votech
Time 8:00 PM 
Usual announcement on the  repeater.
Looking forward to a good turnout.

This is one of the  more important meetings of the year.
It is election of NEW OFFICERS night.  
We are also going to have a guest speaker addressing D-Star
And NEW  aspects involving Ham Radio.

Minutes from last meeting:
Meeting at Votech was called to order by Pres Dave W2OIL at 8:11 PM. We  
started with the Pledge of Allegiance, followed by roll call.
The minutes of  the last meeting were presented by Jeff N2VHV. John N2LGS 
moved for acceptance  seconded by Walter W2WIQ..
Treasurer’s report as prepared by Treasurer Al W2KOG, was given by Pres  Dave.
The balance was $xx.xx. Walter questioned the telephone bill which was  
determined to be correct.. .John N2LGS moved for acceptance seconded by Walter  
W2WIQ..
Correspondence: Drew W2OU had sent a thank you note, 
Mention was made  of Guy K2IH and his address. . 
Technical report: Rich KB2LLM mentioned that all is OK,  and talked  about 
the ten 
minute ID and the five minute timeout. He also mentioned that  Walter is 
monitoring the 
220 machine.
Health and Welfare. Jeff reported on Al W2KOG, Drew W2OU, and Sid WA2EEA.  
Walter mentioned Jimmy N2LFI’s condition. 
old Business – Pete W2NJU told us they were learning about Echolink,  D-Star, 
and IRLP. The issue regarding moving the meeting site still was not  voted on 
as there was no quorum .Walter will present the same slate for club  elected 
positions at the next meeting..
New Business:- Jeff will investigate  the issue regarding a quorum as 
pertains to the bylaws.
New members, Karen KC2REF 
The 50/50 of $15.00 was won by Pete W2NJU. .
Motion to adjourn was made by Walter W2WIQ and seconded by John  N2LGS.
The meeting was closed at 9:11
