Minutes: 
Meeting at Votech was called to order by Pres  John N2LGS at 8:05PM  
We  started with the Pledge of Allegiance, followed by roll call. 
We  then distributed ballots to fill the two director positions from the list 
of  three candidates. The ballots were counted with KC2NBC at 14, W2DTP at 
12, and  N2WRK with 6. KC2NBC and W2DTP were thus installed as directors.  
New President Dave W2OIL, Vice President  Thomas W2BRD, Treasurer Al W2KOG, 
and  Secretary Jeff N2VHV were also installed after Jeff cast the single vote  
needed. 
The minutes of the last meeting were presented by Jeff  N2VHV. Motion to 
accept was made by Don K2DSV and seconded by Walter  W2WIQ.  
Treasurer’s report as prepared by Treasurer Al W2KOG, was  given by Pres 
John. 
The balance was $xxxxxx.  
Health and Welfare: Jim N2LFI is now in  rehab.  
Correspondence: We received a note requesting $65.00 to  maintain our web 
domain 
name registry. We decided to hold this as old business  after some 
discussion. 
Technical report. The main repeater has problems, After  some discussion Jeff 
N2VHV made a motion to give Walter W2WIQ powers to spend  $250 as he sees fit 
to correct the repeater problems. This was seconded by John  N2LGS. The vote 
was everyone approving with a single “no”  vote..   
Old Business – See Technical  report. 
New Business: Tony N2WRK mentioned the upcoming PARC  meeting.  
The 50/50 of $16.00 was won by Walter  W2WIQ. 
Motion to adjourn was made by Tony N2WRK and seconded by  John N2LHD.  
The meeting was closed at 8:43
