Meeting this Friday – Aug 25, 2006 
Place – Scotch Plains Police Dept  on Park Ave 
Time  8:00 PM  
Usual announcement on the repeater.

Minutes from last meeting: 
Meeting at the Scotch Plains Police Dept. was called to  order by Pres  Dave 
W2OIL at  8:00PM.   We started with the Pledge of Allegiance,  followed by 
roll call. 
The minutes of the last meeting were presented by Jeff  N2VHV. After 
correcting the call winning the 50/50 from KC2BLK to KC2PLK, Walter  W2WIQ moved for 
acceptance seconded by Drew W2OU. 
Treasurer’s report as prepared by Treasurer Al W2KOG, was  given by Pres 
Dave. 
The balance was $x,xxx.xx. Motion to accept was made by  Al W2DTP and 
seconded  
by John AB2VE.  
Health and Welfare. Jimmy N2LFI is improving.  Drew W2OU mentioned that 
Jessie   
Bell’s daughter in-law had  passed   
Correspondence: No  correspondence 
Technical report: Walter  W2WIQ reported that the repeaters are doing well. 
He also told of problems with  the B/U repeater in Elizabeth. He had isolated a 
bad  transistor in the Amp and went into additional details.  
Old Business – New members KC2PLK and KC2NNW were  accepted for membership as 
moved by Walter W2WIQ, seconded by Don  K2DSV. 
New Business: Jeff N2VHV moved to give Walter $96.09 for  needed items and 
was seconded by Don K2DSV – passed.  
Gen Discussion: Walter mentioned some items for sale and  Don suggested that 
we try to do something regarding Jessie’s daughter  in-law. 
The 50/50 of $16.00 was won by Walter  W2WIQ.  
Motion to adjourn was made by Don K2DSV and seconded by  John AB2VE 
The meeting was closed at 8:53  
There are 16 names on the sign-in  sheet.
