Meeting this Friday – April 29, 2006

Minutes from last meeting: 
ETS of NJ
Meeting minutes for 3-31-06


Meeting at Votech was called to  order by Pres  John N2LGS at  8:02PM  
We started with the Pledge of  Allegiance, followed by roll call. 
The minutes of the last  meeting were presented by Jeff N2VHV. Motion to 
accept was made by Walter W2WIQ  and seconded by Tony N2WRK. 
Treasurer’s report as  prepared by Treasurer Al W2KOG, was given by Pres 
John. 
The balance was $xxxxx  (deleted for Internet publication).  
Motion to accept was made by  Walter W2WIQ seconded by Al W2DTP. 
Technical report was given  by Rich KB2LLM, All is well, Rich is still 
investigating using just one phone  line for both repeaters. He is also working at a 
low priority with the amp on  the backup repeater at the hospital, 
Health and Welfare: Jim  N2LFI is still having serious problems regarding 
infection in his colon . We  also voted to send a $25.00 donation to Sloan 
Kettering in memory of L.  Moremiles’s (WB2QNV) wife. The motion was made by Jeff 
N2VHV and seconded by  Rich KB2LLM

.Old Business – The  nominating committee has the following candidates: 
Dave W2OIL President, Thomas W2BRD as  Vice President, 
Al W2KOG as Treasurer, Jeff N2VHV as  Secy 
with Victor KC2NBC,  Tony N2WRK, and Al W2DTP to fill the two  open Director 
slots. 
Mention was also made of the  picnic now set for 9/24 using the same caterer. 
New Business: Tony N2WRK  mentioned the upcoming PARC meeting. 
Jeff mentioned that we will  no longer publish the balance in the treasury in 
these minutes when we  distribute the minutes via the Internet. 
The 50/50 of $13.00 was won  by John K2DPM. 
Motion to adjourn was made  by Charlie N2LHD seconded by Al W2DTP. 
The meeting was closed at 8:44. 
There are 14 names on the  sign-in sheet.
