This is an experiment to see if you like it. The minutes of the last  meeting 
follow this as part of this message.
 
The Minutes:
 
 
Meeting at the Scotch Plains Police Dept was called to order by President  
John N2LGS at 8:07PM. We started with  the Pledge of Allegiance, followed by 
roll call. 
The minutes of the last meeting were presented by Jeff N2VHV. After  
correcting the $170.00 amount raised by Walter to $175.00, motion to accept was  made 
by Tony N2WRK and seconded by Frank W2NR. 
The Treasurers report as prepared by Treasurer Al  W2KOG was given by 
President John.  
The balance is now $5,033.68. Motion to accept was  made by Tony 2WRK 
,seconded  
by Dave W2OIL. 
Technical report was given by Rich KB2LLM, All is well, Sid WA2EEA had  
donated a 100 watt amplifier which will be installed soon.  
Health and Welfare.  Tony  N2WRK lost his sister.  
Correspondence:  There was no  correspondence. 
. 
Old Business: Specific responsibilities were allocated regarding the  
upcoming 9/18 picnic. 
New Business: Peter KC2KMI gave a presentation requesting us to support a  
Ham Radio demonstration that will be run as part of the closing down process at  
Liberty  Science  Center on Labor Day. It was well  received.

This was followed by general discussion. It was mentioned that we should  
donate $25.00 to support the ETSLIST processing. So moved by Drew W2OU and  
seconded by Tony N2WRK – passed. 
Marv K2VHW asked for operators to assist covering the South Plainfield  Labor 
Day parade. 
Tony N2WRK mentioned the upcoming PARC meeting. 
The 50/50 of $20.00 was won by Hank N2MU. 
Motion to adjourn was made by Tony N2WRK, seconded by Frank  W2NR 
The meeting was closed at 9:02. 
There are 20 names on the sign-in sheet.
