[ETSList] Just a reminder

I have changed the format of the list. If you hit the reply button now, 
the response will go to the
originator of the message you receive.  So if you want to reply to the 
list, you must hit the reply
button and type etslist at mailman.qth.net address in manually... This will 
make sure there are no
mistakes about who you want to reply to.  Some people got a bit bent 
about  receiving what they deemed was "spam", which in fact was a reply 
to the list.  Hope this keeps everyone happy.
BTW, this is a closed list and only members of ETS and PARC are invited 
so do not worry about
