Dear Friends:

Linda, Christopher and I are now up in Geneseo NY, having sold our home in
Metuchen. We moved up last Tuesday. We are staying for a few weeks in the
VIP Apartment on the SUNY Geneseo campus until we can move into our new
log home (approx. 10 more days). Directions, phone numbers, etc. are
attached. You are more than welcome to visit anytime. Just bring a
sleeping bag and case of Molson Golden and you are all set!

Was very concerned that I couldn't get help from anyone in ETS or PARC on
taking down my A4 Cushcraft and 15 foot aluminum roof tower. I guess we
are all getting semi-geriatric. Finally called in Mike WA2VUN. I threw the
ant out but the tower is now stored in my former next-door-neighbor's side
yard -- Joe Thompson (15 Burr Drive, Metuchen), 732-549-6362. Maybe
someone can use it and can donate $50 or $100 or whatever to one or both
clubs. WA2VUN is going to set me up with a new 50 ft. Texas Tower and
Force 12 HF antenna at the new QTH, either in the Fall or next Spring.

Will attach some color JPEGS of the new house in my next message.

We are hoping to see all of our family, friends and colleagues at Conesus
Lake/Geneseo! Our new home is only 1.5 hours from Niagara Falls and nearby
Canada. We are just 20 miles south of Rochester and 65 miles east of
Buffalo.

Directions to the Scipiones

Directions from the South:
Scenic Route: Leave I-390 at Exit 3. Take Rt. 15 north thru Wayland,
Springwater (turn L at light in center of town) and Conesus to Livonia (22
miles total). In Livonia, turn left onto 15/20A west for 1 mile. At first
red light, turn right (north) onto Bronson Hill Rd. Go ¼ mile and then make
the first right (east) onto Stone Hill Rd. Look for our log home at the
crest of the first hill (approx. 1/8 mile). Turn left into driveway at the
"6181" mailbox. This route is absolutely spectacular during the Fall foliage
season!

High-Speed Route: Leave I-390 at Exit 8 (Geneseo). Take Rt. 20A east 1.5
miles to the second light (at Citgo station). Proceed east. This street
becomes Stone Hill Rd. After the first intersection (Bronson Hill Rd), look
for our log home at the crest of the first hill (approx. 1/8 mile from
intersection). Turn left into driveway at the "6181" mailbox.

Directions from the North & New York Thruway:
Leave the NYT at Exit 46 (Rochester/Henrietta). Take I-390 south (approx. 14
miles) to Exit 9. Take Rt. 15 south (2 miles) into Lakeville. Turn left at
the first red light (Citgo station on corner). This street becomes Stone
Hill Rd. After the first intersection (Bronson Hill Rd), proceed east
approx. 1/8 mile and look for our log home at the crest of the first hill.
Turn left into driveway at the "6181" mailbox.

You can't get lost!
We've got the only log home at the northern end of Conesus Lake!

Directions to Campus Office:
In Geneseo, drive around the fountain (with the bear) in the center of town
to the south end of Main Street. Turn into Park St. and drive thru campus
approx. 1/8 mile. Park in Lot "B" (free!!). The Jones School of Business
(South Hall) is directly across from the parking lot. Look for the Geochron
(donated to SUNY Geneseo by Paul & Linda) in the lobby. Enter the main door
of Jones School. Anyone can point you in the right direction.
