over Power Lines (BPL) a form of power line transmissions. Please click on
each of the three links to obtain a tutorial, sound clips of what the
interference sounds like , etc.

What is BPL, never heard of this term, Also it is unclear as to what is
expected on the link I saw nothing in regards to o3-104, just asking for
