KYW is on 1060 kHz, not 1030, as stated in your form letter. Also, the AM
broadcast band is 535-1705 kHz, not 550-1700. The channel at 540 kHz was
added in the 1950s and the FCC defines the broadcast band edges as being 5
kHz below the carrier frequency of the lowest channel (540) and 5 kHz above
the carrier frequency of the highest channel (1700). You need to be
accurate, lest we all look foolish before the FCC. The utility lobby is
fighting this battle tooth and nail, using the best lawyers it can muster.
