BTW, I worked a station W3DOG in Dover Delaware for a new 2M state (#18) 
and after not
receiving a qsl which I sent to the callbook address with a self 
addressed stamped envelope about a
year ago.. I emailed this station with the email address I found at 
qsl.net.  It turned out that the station is a club-station and the 
trustee and operator is Al Waller, K3TKJ who is the owner of qsl.net and 
provides the space for the ETS website and this list!... Al said he runs 
1500 watts into stacked 13 element beams fed with 1/2 inch hardline..He 
had a vry big signal when I worked him..
