Just run across the SK listing from the ARRL and saw Bill's Call in it..
Apparently passed away on June 28th.. He was a member of ETS way back..

William A. Osborne

  OSBORNE - William A., 76, of Middletown, formerly of Union, on June
28, 2003, loving husband of Gertrude Goldman Grunning Osborne, beloved
father of five children and two stepchildren and many grandchildren,
devoted brother of Virginia Osborne. Relatives and friends are
respectfully invited to attend a funeral service on Tuesday, July 1,
2003, at10 a.m. at New Monmouth Baptist Church in Middletown. Entombment
at Hollywood Memorial Park, Union. Visiting from 9-10 a.m. at the
church.
  JOHN. F. PFLEGER FUNERAL HOME, 115 Tindall Rd., Middletown, in charge
of arrangements.
