Dear Gerry,

Maybe you mean Alpha 87A ?  not 77A ??

Assuming the fault is number 14 with three middle lights 0 + + + 0,

Maybe the coaxial cable from the amplifier to the antenna switch or the
antenna switch is bad, since you say both the Dummy Load and the 10 meter
antenna show the same problem.

You did not say how much power you were using to drive the amplifier... it
would be best to test the problem with 10 - 25 watts from your transceiver
and make sure you were not using too much power from the transceiver.

I do not own a Alpha 87A, but have operated the amplifiers at other
amateur radio stations.   Maybe someone else can help you more.
