[ETO_Alpha] Alpha 86 T/R Board Using Relays

Hello to the list,

 Alpha Radio Products has a new T/R board for the Alpha 86 amps, it
uses two relays instead of PIN diodes.  We've installed them in 3 amps
so far and have the boards in stock.  We can do the conversion at
Alpha, and will have detailed instructions available later this week for
installation in the field.  I can send a photo of the board in an 86 to
anyone interested.
