[ETO_Alpha] Alpha 76

I converted my 76A to 3CX800A7's using the original Alpha transformer and an 
outboard filament transformer.  No change to the input circuit.

It will run 2300 watts output into a dummy load on 20m, perhaps a little 
less on other bands.

I don't consider it as being hard to drive to 1500 watts output on any band, 
including 12 & 17.  But then my other experience has been with a Henry 2K-3 
and a couple of SB-220's.
