[ETO_Alpha] Alpha 99

Having a problem with an Alpha 99. Rig runs fine (full power out, tunes
OK), but the amp will often "spike" the IP current meter to the right and
fault. This happens on all bands and all modes. The tubes have been
replaced and new filter caps installed as maintenance, (the amp is 7
years old) but the problem is still there. Any ideas or experiences out
there, thanks for any comments.
