[ETO_Alpha] Pin Diodes

Last time I blew those out it was not running too much power, it was the 
amp in standby and the 200 watts from my FT-1000D. At that time the factory 
tech warned me not to use more than 100w "feed thru". If I wanted to run 
the FT-1000 full out to only do it with a by-pass switching device.
