[ETO_Alpha] Cooling fans

Any question about modifying any Alpha of the vintage 77/76/78 should go
to Dic Burd, N4UQ, who is the REAL guru (as Alpah Power folks will tell
you) about those amps.  Here's Dick's webpage.  I've had him do work for
me, as have my friends, and this is a REAL PRO!!!
