       Very good, well written, detailed article. I recommend it to you 
all, stimulating, thought provoking.

       MOST IMPORTANTLY:   The two yellow summary boxes, (pages 9 and 13) 
in which the author describes what ham radio disaster/emergency 
communicators should be thinking about and planning for in the event of 
another incident.
