[Elecraft] K3S Connection to RemoteRig 1258MKII

There used to be a rather complex set of cables available,  but I am not
turning loose of mine.  Remoterig.com lists a " Elecraft K-3-Twin Accesory
kit" that looks like it has everything.  No price listed, but I have found
them to be Scandinavian friendly and helpful.  Even shipped my order to a
friend in Sweden for me to pick up when I got there and avoid customs.
