[Elecraft] KX3 swr

Dear elecrafters,

I have a KX3, it's about 12 hears old. A great radio. I have noticed 
this about the internal SWR meter. At 28 MHz and upward the SWR 
indicated can be inaccurate . For example the dummy load that I have 
measures 1.1:1 or better on every meter that I have; the Elecraft meter 
insists that it is 1.6 , at 50 MHz. I have checked all my cables and 
settings, the firmware is current version.

AT the lower end of HF the internal meter is correct.
