    Good Evening,

    Both bands had moderate to high levels of QSB; moderate levels of 
noise too.  Propagation was not very good if my scans of each band are a 
measure.  I found few stations above the noise floor. Maybe that CME hit 
us harder than predicted.  However, I was able to run both nets and get 
a few check ins.  That will suffice.

    Remember: next week ECN turns 24 years old.  To the day :)
