[Elecraft] Recent order K4D package

We had a hiccup with a business software application and had to switch
temporarily to a somewhat slower order fulfillment method. Right in the
middle of packing up for Dayton....

I'm sure staff is handling orders and repairs as efficiently as possible
despite this issue, and it will be cleared up soon.
